I enjoyed this story, although I'm not familiar with either of the fairy tales it is based on, The Goose Girl and The Lord of Lorn. The only thing that didn't work is that the curse was a little flimsy. Although I liked Freddie, I don't see why they couldn't have had an actual witch character to tell Diggory about the curse so that we knew for sure. He was basing everything off the assumption that if he mentioned who he was, then the curse would activate and kill him, but that was all speculation on Freddie's part, and we still don't even know if that was ever true. So that led to confusion at times, but otherwise a nice, light little short.
